On December 31, 2017 Master Chuong Pham, former National Chief Referee and current Education Chair and International Taekwondo Liaison, has been promoted by the WT(F) to International Referee(IR) 1st S Class. This is the highest level of International Referee worldwide.
The AAU Taekwondo Program is extremely pleased and excited about this promotion which recognizing what we within AAU Taekwondo have known for many yearsMaster Pham is the "Best of the Best" says National Sport Chair Michael Friello. "Master Pham brings a level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to AAU that simply cannot be replicated elsewhere within the US. Master Pham has been extremely generous in volunteering his efforts to make the entire Program and particularly the Official's Program the very best this country has to offer.
